Data Subject Request

Submit a GDPR Article 15-17 or CCPA/CPRA request to access, export, or delete your personal data from BastionHub threat logs for a specific Discord server. You do not need to be the server owner. This form is for any Discord user whose data may appear in BastionHub threat metadata.

What this form does: Submits a request to the server owner. BastionHub does not auto-approve requests — the owner reviews each request and approves or denies it. If approved, deletion anonymizes your Discord user ID and tag from BastionHub threat logs. Non-identifying incident categories (e.g., PHISHING) are retained for security metrics. This form does not delete your Discord account or any Discord-side data.

The server where your data appears. Right-click the server in Discord and Copy Server ID (Developer Mode must be on).
Right-click your username in Discord and Copy User ID.
We will notify you at this email when the request is completed or denied.
Request type

Under GDPR, you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectify (Art. 16), erase (Art. 17), restrict (Art. 18), and port (Art. 20) your personal data. Under CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to know, delete, and opt-out of sale. BastionHub does not sell personal data. Requests are processed within 30 days of the owner review. If you believe BastionHub has not handled your request properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
